Detailed description:I do not want to renew my subscription, but instead change it. However, it seems that this is not possible. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me on how to do this. I can’t find any place where I can make this change. I also find it a bit strange that there is no AI assistant to help with this, as most companies have one nowadays.
