Within the last two weeks my PC has been locked down by a cyber attack accusing me of viewing child pornography! (I certainly have not!)
I have pictures of the screen: FBI: Cyber Crime Division. Interpol is shown in a weird logo. They say I can PAY to unlock my computer.
Another freaky thing is they show a picture of my home office!
The second time this happened was about 1 hour ago. I was on Facebook, the screen flashed and up popped the Cyber Crime screen.
I ran Norton npe the 1st incident; I ran it again about 30 minutes ago...not viruses. How can I completely solve this problem?
It is probably too late for help at this forum. As you used the frst scan on your own, Quads will not touch your system
You should try one of the free malware removal sites listed below. They all have the same rules, so do not try to do anything without direction from the malware expert you start with.

" I need specific script after running e:\frst scan for ICE cyber crime malware?"
The user has used my instructions, ignoring warnings on each thread I give, so the user has used FRST knowing what they are doing, so don't need the warnings I give on each thread.
Good Luck.

Thanks Peter, I was attempting to correct this issue that a local "repair" company started and was unable to finish or they lacked the knowledge of what they were doing. I took the information on the screen (e:\frst.exe) and thats how I found myself here. LOL Hard to find honest computer techs nowadays. Again, I appreciate the list of sites and I will start there.

You need to read every line and wait for their instructions of what to use, how any what they want back etc.
The tools we use and scripts are done in a specific order depending on the system, and for that system only That is why we all give the warnings.
Because the tools can also rip a system apart in the wrong hands.
