I recently contracted the ICE Cyber crime Virus and it has completely locked up my computer and was it was not picked up by my Norton360. I am writing this via a different computer because I cannot do anything on the affected computer. I have tried some of the fixes I have found online but none of them have worked in my case. I am unable to login into any of the Safe Mode options, including Safe Mode with Command Prompt or Safe Mode with Networking. When I try to log into any of these my computer automatically reboots before Windows finishes starting up and Normal Mode gets take over by the Virus as soon as my desktop shows up. I have also ran the Norton Bootabl RecoveryTool, which found 0 infections. I am at a complete loss at this point on what to do to get this removed. Please help. Thank you
