iCloud Sync Issue

My iPhone won't sync through the iCloud to Outlook 2007 using Norton 360 so I uninstalled Norton and the sync started working perfectly.  I called Apple and they say there are port settings of 80 on the printing port and 443 for secure sites but I don't see where you adjust that on Norton 360. There must be some place to "make an exception" for iCloud with Norton but I don't know where you would enter that or what the fix / work around might be.

I am confused...are you using a Mac?  There is no Norton 360 for Mac, I would think you meant NIS (Norton Internet Security) but there is no NIS 6.0.  If you are using a PC, you should probably move this thread to the forum for 360.
