I'd like to cancel my subscription and get a refund

Hi All,

I want to cancel my subscription to Parent control and get a refund. However, I cannot send a request for that to Norton website. The Chatbot on the website simply does not work. And there is no other way to cancel it.

Just tried it myself and it works as expected. It will give you a case number and a phone number to support.

The chatbot does not connect you to a live agent, instead, it advises you to call the number +1 877 294 5365. A live agent cannot write down your account details (seems like intentionally misspell your email) or find your account. After 10 min of struggling with writing down your email address, they ask you to provide your credit card details for verification (doesn't it look like a social engineering scam?!!). Anyway they could not find my account. Looks Norton has the only one strategy for dealing with customers - scam and spam.

Completly disappointed by the company and its applications.

When you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

  • Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.

  • It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.

  • Any benefits associated with automatically renewing subscriptions may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.

After cancelling your recurring subscription, your subscription will not automatically renew.  Your protection will continue through the end of your current paid term.
