I'd like to join the Norton EAP, but can't run EAP tool

Hi,

I'm running Norton Premium v22.11.2.7

The option to join the EAP is not listed in Administrative settings and the EAP joining tool does not recognise this version as a valid product for joining Norton EAP.

Is there a workaround?
