Id safe bug

I am using Norton Identity safe standalone and Norton Zone in my Windows 8.

I have 2 Admin user account in windows 8.

For NZ and NST I am using different email address. ( I don't know whether it matters )

For NST I am trying to use single email address on both the user account.

 

In the 1st user account I was able to sync online vault correctly and when I go to 2nd user account when I click on setup vault, I am directly getting a screen to create a new vault password.

It's not asking for the email address, which it should ask.

And if I enter the password ( create a new vault password) all my online vault passwords are deleted.

And it happens vice versa.

 

 

Long story short :

It won't allow to setup online vault using the same email address in different user account in window 8.

I tried different way. But the result is the same.

If I setup vault on 1st account and go to 2nd acc and try to setup, it asking to create a new password for vault.

I don't whether it's any thing to do with NZ.

I have removed NST several times.

Created different user account, deleted some user account..But the result is the same.

Is there any fix for this  or should I try reformatting window 8 ?
