ID safe crashes with latest 9.3.5

Can’t launch you latest IDentity safe with latest IOS - iPhone 5s, it crashes upon verification. I can logon externally and reference from other platforms.

I thought I had responded to this the other day, guess it didn’t post. I waited a day, then deleted and redownloaded the app and everything worked.

Thanks for the follow up and resolution.

@Jerry Q. Smith we apologize for the inconvenience created. As like peter told we still having the server issue which needs a fix and will be reinstated soon.We will update you soon. Thanks for reporting.

Please wait a little longer. The server issues with ID Safe and mobile devices may not be fully resolved yet. And it was a long weekend in the US and some other parts of the world where Norton employees reside.

Hopefully we can hear something some time tomorrow. (Tuesday)

I have Norton IDSafe on my iphone5S. After updating to IOS 9.3.5, when I enter ID and password for IDSafe, the screen flashes, then it returns to the screen with the IDSafe icon.

I just checked IDSafe from my Windows10 Pro PC and my account works fine.

When you say 'reference from other platforms', are you referring to your PC? And you say you can log on correctly from there?

Did you just update your IOS version? Was ID Safe working properly before that?

There were some issues over the last few days with new installations of the Identity Safe apps on mobile devices. These issues seem to be resolved now. I would suggest uninstalling the ID Safe app, restarting the phone and reinstalling the app.
