ID Safe has stopped working. Virtual Agent is in an endless loop

OS: Win7 Business Apparently I just received an upgrade to NIS 2012 since I had to restart the computer after the update. It is version 19.2. Now, IDSafe won’t work on any site where multiple logins have been stored. Nothing happens. No autofill, no list. Nothing. I’ve tried to contact Support. All I get is a virtual agent, who seems stuck on answering my question. All I see for the last 5 mins in “bot is typing”. Ok, so maybe I should reinstall NIS 2012, but there is no longer an option to back up my IDSafe, either. I don’t want to reinstall anything until I can back up IDSafe. What is going on, please? Can anyone help me?
