I've had this happen several times. All my logins are placed in category folders I have set. I boot up yesterday and suddenly they are outside of the category folders, with all the actual folders either empty or with one login. What's going on? The only ways I've been able to fix it is to either re-image my computer or manually place them back in their respective folders--the latter of which takes a very long time. Either way, it is extraordinarily inconvenient and aggravating.
