ID Vault endless loop, again.

Yesterday my laptop with Win-10 Norton’s ID vault would not let me log in.  The endless “Get Started” loop is ongoing.  Chatted with support, they could not fix it.  Then that afternoon it started working okay on its own.  This morning its back to the endless loop again.  Uninstalled Norton’s, installed and still not fixed.  This problem has been going on for over a year and they will not fix it.  What’s up with them?

 

Is there a way that I can fix it?
