Idenity safe, new windows 8.1 update out today today 10/17/13, Tool bar, search, and Idenity safe not showing, can log into Id safe by opening app, and idenity safe fills in passwords, but does not show on tool bar. Windows Defender off.. Tools indicates it is enabled, but can not be seen. Updated Norton 360, no change. Check off and enabled Tool bar, search, and Idenity safe, still not working.. This is the new 8.1 Thanks ahead of time for any Help That You Can Give.
