Identify Safe going to "get started" page rather than password entry

Starting earlier this week, I woke my computer from sleep mode and tried to log into a page that requires a password, only to find Identity Safe had logged me out (I hadn't logged off the computer and was only away for an hour or so, and it's a home PC with me being the only party with access to it). I opened Norton 360 and tried to log back in, and instead of being greeted with the password prompt, I was instead shown the "Get Started" page. Identity Safe was acting like I'd never had a vault set up. (Local installation). 

The next day I logged onto my computer and low and behold, the password entry was back and I was able to log into my ID safe just fine. I shut my computer down for a few days while I was out of town, and when I came back today, it's back to the "Get Started" issue again, with no ability to log into the safe and it acting like it's never been set up. Several restarts haven't resolved the issue.

Searching the forums, google, bing, etc, there are myriad posts and search queries from the last couple of weeks with the same issue, with no apparent resolution. I was already seriously miffed over the vault not working with Firefox (8 months or so now with out a fix), now this. I'm getting seriously fed up with ID safe (and the Norton programmers), and ID safe is one of the primary reasons I have chosen Norton 360 several years running now. Come renewal time this fall, I will be looking elsewhere for my online security/password vault needs.

Windows 10 home 64bit (April 12, 2016 - KB3147458, I've been using Win10 since July 2015 without issue until this last week), Norton 360 22.6.0.142, Intel Core i7 3770k, 8gb DDR3 1866mhz.
