Identifying A Threat

NIS AV has resolved a security risk on my pc but I can't find any further information on this threat.   I checked the "Threat Explorer", the Board Search bar, skimmed the topics, and did a general online search with no luck.  I wonder if someone can help explain to me what this threat is and how it typically comes in, and also, why/how it was able to be on my computer and missed since June then show as "Last Used" yesterday.  This info along with the File Insight description below makes me worry that it's something that's still hiding (in "that medium") and can keep being reopened.

Here is the File Insight info:

I don't know the first thing about computer viruses so this info doesn't "speak" to me.

Thanks!
