Identity cannot be fully Setup as required in App

Have just installed the Norton 360 as one of my spare licenses, on iPad. The Identity feature does to not seem to function it keeps asking for “Setup Required”yet the separate Identity App installs OK.

As far as I can figure the system software and App in the latest

IOS 16.6.1. IPAD 7 generation

On phone Android all fine, had Norton last year

I have been updating the other post I quoted above. I'll try to remember to come back here also. 

As long as you keep checking your 360 app updated, you will see when the fix has been implemented. Just keep tapping the Setup Required every once in a while to see if it has been fixed.

 

As long as Norton is aware of the issue it fine. It seems to be related to the App version and any update how it interacts to the iOS.

One final question.

Will I be updated on my question?

It is ongoing as you will see from my posts there. 

Norton is aware and is working on it. 

It should not affect your 360 app or your device. It is just an issue with the UI not updating after tapping on Setup Required.
