Identity Protection/Safe

I upgraded/update to 360 V4 and now when i log onto my banking / email sites it doesnt auto genarate my login/passwords.. I have tired to figure out how to fix it but i cant.. Anyone know how to fix it ???

Did you try setting up the Identity Safe after updating to Norton 360 V4?

No that didnt work...  i tried. I have over 40 passwords/logins saved.. i really need them to load..

Are the previously saved logins restored in N360 V4? Can you find those logins in Manage Logins UI / Norton Toolbar in IE? Does auto-fill not happen only for specifif sites or all sites?

Please try the following

I.If the saved logins exist but autofill does not happen, then take bakcup and restore

1.Take a backup of your Identity Safe data (Web Settings->Backup Identity Safe Data) to a .npm file

2.Reset the Identity safe profile by logging in incorrect password twice

3.Create a new Identity Safe Profile

4.Restore the Identity safe profile(Web Settings->Restore Identity Safe Data) from the .npm file created

 

II. If you've taken the backup of Identity Safe (.npm file) before upgrading, you can restore it
