I have NIS 2009 version 16.5.0.135. Very often when I visit particular websites (notably the TalkTalk account login page - https://www.talktalk.co.uk/portal/servlet/gben-portal-home-Home), Identity Safe does not autofill my login id and password. However, if I log out of Identity Safe it immediately prompts me to login again, after which it then autofills my login id and password for the web page I'm on. Why doesn't it autofill the first time?? Does anyone else have the same problem?
Any comments/help appreciated.
Yes, I have the same problem.
My workaround is to just click on the drop-down menu "Cards and Log-ins" in the Norton Toolbar, which seems to tickle it into behaving as it should.
This product needs a lot of work.

When I click on the drop-down menu "Cards and Log-ins" in the Norton Toolbar, I only see the option to log out of Identity Safe, which I do. It then immediately prompts me to log in again, after which it autofills the login id and password for the web page.
I notice that there are many others experiencing the same problem, and Symantec are presumably aware of this and hopefully investigating a solution. So, I shan't bother to follow it up again - hopefully a solution will appear one day in a future Live Update!

I’m sorry. I have the same problem and was hoping you wouldn’t. The current workaround that works for me is to reenter the log-in information while Identity Safe is active; and it will work for that item from then on.
Thank you for prompting us.we have logged a defect.
