Since some time ago when I logon to a site where I have two user-id; "Identity Safe" doesn´t show me an option where I can select which user-Id I want to use. It only auto fills the the one that was used the last time. How can this be fixed so I get a list of possible user-id and password for the same site.
Firefox: 6.0, Norton 360: 5.1.0.29, Norton Toolbar: 2011.7.1.3, Symantec IPS: 3.1

Hi LeoCABA01,
Can you check two options under "Settings"->"Identity protection"-> "Identity Safe Options"
1."Securelly collect my logins and offer to fill in those logins when I revisit those pages" option is CHECKED or not?
2. "Display my Logins each time I visit a page with multiple logins" option is CHECKED or not?
Thanks,
Senthil

do you go to that site manually (i.e. from Favourites) or do you use the Norton Toolbar list?
I start clicking from favourites.
But problem is solved. See my answer to next question. An opion was not checked.
Thanks again.
