Identity Safe doesn't appear

On my laptop with Win8 there are many times when I go to a site that need a username/password the box doesn't appear where I enter my password for my Norton vault.  Sometimes when I go to Norton and update and get support it will sometimes fix itself, other time not.  Sometime when I restart it will fix itself, sometimes not.

Any help would be appreciated as this is gets really old and seems to happy more when I'm rushed smiley

Hello, and welcome to the Norton Community Forums. Going with the most obvious first, can you check to make sure that you have Identity Safe enabled in the bottom right corner of the main interface? It would be relatively easy to disable it accidentally and not notice it, I think, and this would remove the "Cards & Logins" section from the toolbar, and probably also the prompt to login to Identify Safe.
