I'm getting this message when trying to download a fresh version of Identity Safe. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate. Surely that ought to be supported. I had NIS installed previously, but uninstalled it in an attempt to get around the inability to log in problem that I just learned is widespread when I came to this community for my download problem.
