Identity Safe doesn't work on certain websites any longer

NIS Version: 2012

OS: Win7 Pro

 

I have been using Idenity Safe for many years, but after the current upgrade to the 2012 version, several of my login sites fail to be populated with my ID and password. These aren't new entries, nor have the websites changed (that I can see).

 

A couple of examples:

Is there a fix for this?
