Identity Safe Dropdown Issue

Moved to Norton Toolbar/Identity Safe Board for better exposure.

Hi dspolster,

 

Check in IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab >under Browsing > place a check mark in front of Enable third-party browser extentions.  Note a restart of IE is required.

 

If no joy, you can also check in  Settings > Web > Identity Safe - ensure ID Safe is truned on.

The "enable 3rd party browser extensions" box was already checked.  I tried unchecking it then re-checking it to no avail.  May try again.

Settings is located on the main page of NIS top center

 

You can also get to it via the down arrow along side the yellow Norton circled Checkmark on the NTB - select Settings.
