Working with a Support person on a problem with signing on to a website we did the following:
Delete the entry from the Identity Safe;
Create (by hand) a new entry with a different name;
Restore the old entry from a backup.
After that there were 2 entries in Internet Explorer (the new one and the old one), but only the new one in Edge.
To resolve this I decided to import the latest backup, deleting all existing entries.
Why does Edge still displays the new entry that has been overwritten by the restore en why does it not display the original entry?
