I am no longer able to launch Identity safe from my browser toolbar.
The error is:
"A network error is preventing access to your Norton Account. Please check your computer's Internet connectivity and try again."
My network connectivity is obviously working. I can access my vault on-line. Why would this have suddenly stopped working? I have not made any changes to my computer's configuration lately. Could this be from Widows updates? Anyone else having this issue? I have browsed the other posts regarding this error and have found no solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
