Identity Safe has bundled three log-ins. Can I unbundle them?

BT is a large UK-based Telecommunications conglomerate. I have six different ID sign-ins (each with a different password):

The logs-ins for these two are separate and work well:
BT Personal Community: [https://community.bt.com/]
My personal BT User Account: I first go to their home page here http://home.bt.com/ select MyBT and then sign in on a different screen.

But whenever I click on one of the following in Favourites, I find that the three ID/passwords have been bundled together in the Vault and I am always asked to chose which one I want to use.

I'm Secretary of a local Sporting Club. Our Sports TV package is with BT, as is our phone and broadband package. We are about to go paperless and because of BT's computer systems I'll have to set up two new ID sign-ins and password along with two new email addresses.

Other than the fact that bt.com appears in the three sites, their addresses are different. I've no idea how they were bundled - my fault perhaps - but how can I unbundle them please?
