I use Norton Security and IE11 on multiple PCs. Sometimes, but not always, the icon that reads "Click here to see your Identity Safe cards & logins" is missing from the Norton toolbar. There is a blank space in the toolbar where the icon should be. Often, clicking on the blank space gives the expected result, either opening the vault login screen or the cards and logins screen if the vault is already open. I have seen threads about this strange behavior going back years. Is there ever going to be a resolution?
