1. You are unable to save your username and password automatically - this is a financial institution - I would think this would be on a list of sites that allow for this.
2. When you do manually enter and entry for the site into identity safe, the username is fillied out in the wrong box. On the page, one field is for your username (accesss number), and the other is optional for a description. Identity Safe is putting the access number in the description field.
The password seems to work fine, just a matter of filling out the wrong box for access number. Can anyone (Norton) suggest how to fix this issue?

By selecting the box "Remember my Access Card and Description" box I was able to get it to work.
Internet Explorer fills on the Access card number and IdentitySafe fills in the Description Field and provides the password.
While it isn't ideal since it stores your account number I gather in a cookie. It does get around the problem.
Maybe TD Canada Trust could be contacted and their page re-designed to accommodate Identity Safe.
Welcome,
Before any of the banks are contacted to redesign sites to fit Norton the staff is busy redesigning Norton to work with the existing bank sites. It will take a bit of time but I'm positive that they will be successful
Thanks! It's nice to know that you are working on it, but I honestly can't figure out why it would take so long. It's not like TDCT is a small Credit Union, it's the 2nd largest bank in Canada, and has branches in the US.
To address the other comment, the whole point of Identity Safe is to keep my information safe - there is no way I'm allowing any browser to hold that information - that's the job of the software I paid for.
