identity safe issue - no longer handling live.com / hotmail.com

Hi

 

The latest NIS 2012 software update has afffected the Norton identify safe.  It no longer handles hotmail.com / live.com accounts.  I have tried it on 2 different machines and multiple browsers. 

 

Would you please advise?
