When I try to sign into eBay Indentity Safe does not ask to save the login

Norton 360 Identity Safe does not offer to save my eB ay login. I was curious as to why. Thanks

If I type in www.ebay.com in the address bar and then click on sign in, I get the following page:

https://signin.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SignIn&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2F&_trksid=m38

I hope this helps. It would be convenient to have the login in saved for eBay. Thanks.

I have the same problem for several sites.  I had them in Identity Safe and accidentally deleted them in a over ambitous housekeeping exercise, now they will not add back in, any ideas???

I also have the same problem with Google mail.

Deleted a Gmail login thinking Identity Safe would offer to store it again, but the program appears to put the deleted login in a hidden exclusion list which the user cannot access at all.

This strikes me as one of the the most bizarre and stupid pieces of programming I have ever seen.

If anyone has got a fix for this I sure we'd all be grateful.

I got so p..sed off with this that I am now experimenting with Keepass, which is hard to learn but at least the user has some control over what the program does.

I would however prefer to use N360V2 Identity Safe if it worked properly.

If the system had warned me it was going to prevent me from adding them again, i wouldnt have done any housekeeping :(

Cannot see this is hard to fix guys :)

I too have this problem. Identity Safe worked fine until I deleted a whole batch as part of a housekeeping exercise.  Now IS offers to save login details on some sites (eg PayPal), but not others (eg eBay), on a seemingly random basis.

360dude, could you please post a URL which Identity Safe does not recognize as a login form?
