Identity safe log-in problems

Hi,

This is my first time on the forum... so I hope I can express my issue clearly.  I want to know if I can use Indentity Safe to log into two different gmail addresses.

 

I have used Identity Safe with Firefox or IE since it was introduced.  However, I now find a problem. I have two gmail addresses, a primary and a secondary.  I use Firefox for the primary and Chrome for the secondary because Chrome, until very recently, did not display the Norton on the toolbar, so Identity Safe wasn't available. Now, because Chrome displays Norton toolbar, if I log-in to Identity Safe when using Firefox on my primary email, the same log-in appears in Chrome even though I want to use the secondary email address. Even if I re-type the correct email address & password and enter, there is an error message and the log-in defaults to original.

 

I tried getting Norton on-line chat technical support, but it wasn't helpful.  Can anybody tell me if I can use Identity Safe on two different email addresses, and if so, how do I do it.:smileyfrustrated:

I tried that and the log-in problem was sorted.....so simple really (when you know how!)
