Identity Safe log on problems

Norton 360 premier ver. 22.5.2.15, OS-windows Vista home premium service Pack 2.

Problem: trying to open vault on identity safe tool bar on both Fire Fox 39.03 and Chrome 44.02403.130 m with Norton tool bar. Shows "get started" dialog and asked to log onto Norton account. I enter password and wait icon appears and eventually goes away and "get started" dialog still appears. After several attempts to log on, now it also ask to enter security words, that I cannot read at all. (they are the worst security words I have ever seen, totally unreadable) I can log onto my Norton account via web site and can log onto my Vault on the identity safe web site just not from Fire Fox or Chrome tool bar. Here is what I have tried:

  • Updated norton 360 untill it says cannot find any more updates.
  • Signed out of norton 360 and tried to sign in from tool bar. It signs me back into norton 360 but still shows "get started" on vault tool bar.
  • Restarted browsers
  • Restarted computer and tried whole process over again to no avail.
  • Tried to do support chat, but it is too busy due to Windows ten release:

Really frustrated at security log in with the anti robo words, as I cannot decipher them at all.  You should make them a little easier to read. Only solace I have is that I can still retrieve my passwords from the identity safe web site, but just cannot use them automatically in a web browser.

I Recently dropped kapersky  to go back to Norton, but Norton's support service is very frustrating and again am thinking of switching when subscription runs out. I have been a Norton User for over 25 years.
