I upgraded from NIS 2009 to 2010 by backing up Identity Safe data, Uninstalled 2009 with the Norton Removal Tool, Performed a clean install of NIS 2010, and restored the backed up Identity Safe Data.
Almost all of the saved logins from NIS 2009 work fine, but I have found two that worked under NIS 2009 but don’t in NIS 2010. They are http://www.vonage.com/?login and www.gam.org.
I tried deleting the saved login for Vonage but NIS 2010 does not offer to remember it. I added the URL and login information manually to NIS 2010 but it does not fill the in the log in when I visit the site or select the login from the Norton Cards and Log-in tool bar. Neither of these sites are on the Identity Safe Exclusion list.
Is anyone having a similar problem or can anyone offer a solution?
