Identity safe login problems with IS 2015

Is anyone able to help or has anyone seen this problem?

Since the 'upgrade' each time I try to login to my Identity Safe I am presented with the 'get started' screen, rather than the login screen, this is despite having left myself logged in to my Norton account overnight.

I logged into my Norton Account separately (the password for the Norton account appeared to have been lost since my last login so I had to reset this). In addition last time I logged in to what appears to be the Norton account I set up the two stage secure login (where a text message is sent to me with an unique code), but this had been lost. The login seemed to work but I was unable to leave the security screen to go into my account.

Once I was signed in to Norton the identity safe sign in came up, but the password was again incorrect. So I cannot access identity safe (I'm 99.9% certain I was using the right passwords, but of course to check I need to have access to identity safe.....).

The only option to resolve this that I seem to be presented with is to delete the identity safe, which I think will lose a large number of differing passwords which are not recorded elsewhere. (I haven't backed up the identity safe for some months (note to self do this monthly)).

I am assuming that teh likely scenarios are:

there is a bug in Norton IS 2015 which is causing this problem - hopefully will soon be fixed so i can get on with work

the upgrade went wrong, so I may need to re-do it or delete and re-create my identity safe (potential loss of ID safe)

somehow my security has been breached and I'm not seeing the true norton account - which could mean someone else now has access to all my passwords - a serious problem.

Any thoughts / suggestions of who I can contact or what I shoudl do gratefully receieved.
