I have read through the Identity Safe messages and haven't found a solution. I have also tried the Norton support and they couldn't help me.
I have been using Identity Safe on my local machine. I went to log in and decided to select the option to create an online vault. I went through the steps and all of my logins vanished. I called technical support. The first thing they did was remotely log into my computer and tell me my problem was I was running an old version of Norton 360 ( I was on 20 something ). Two techs downloaded a tool, uninstalled Norton 360, and then reinstalled a new version. But I still don't have my logins. Then they tried to import an old .dat file and got an error message. My case was moved to a level 2 tech, who tried a few things and nothing works. He just left me a message saying all my logins were lost because I upgraded. That doesn't make sense becuase they were gone before I upgraded.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? It is pretty clear that Norton's technical support doesn't know.
