I use Windows 7 and internet explorer. I recently had a problem where whenever I tried logging onto identity safe, the logon would fail after timing out. After I logged out of my norton account, the same trouble arose when I tried to log back onto the norton account. With technical support we verified that my passwords were still stored and that I could log onto the vault website as well as my account at Norton. Afrter uninstalling and reinstalling Norton 360 and erasing certain norton files on the hard disk, the problem persisted. He told me he couldn't fix my problem and I was supposed to be connected to his manager. This never happened and I gave up after waiting three hours. What I did was to reset the password for the account to the same password I had before and the logon works fine now. Hopefully, this will help someone else with the same problem. I have to believe it was a problem at the website end.
