Identity Safe logs missing after reinstall

I had Norton Security with my service provider.  When we moved the service provider was cancelled and eventually the Norton Security stopped working.  I purchased the Norton Security 2016 program and installed it.  Now Identity safe does not show as active.  On my previous install, I could transfer my logins (from a jumpdrive) to another computer if necessary.  However, it appears this is not an option and it is asking me to sign up for a new account, which appears to be cloud based.  Is there a way to reinstall the old login information and have it resident on my computer or jumpdrive?   I am using IE 11 with windows 10
