Identity safe mobile for IOS- Can't log in my vault on my Iphone

Moved to Norton Mobile Security Board for better exposure.

I have Norton 360 on my Windows laptop, I did create a Vault and I can access it and see my logins on my laptop.

 

I dowloaded Identity safe mobile application on my Iphone, when I open it, It ask for my Norton account password to access my online vault, I am using the same password as my vault (Norton 360) on my laptop but it doesn't reconise it.

 

Says invalid username and password !
