Identity safe - multiple logins removed

I've just upgraded to NIS 2012 and all my multiple logins have disappeared from identity safe.  For example, I have 2 eBay accounts but only one login is showing.  I used to get a screen offering me the choice of which one to use.

 

I scanned the list of what's been stored and there is only one login whereas before there were 2.

 

This is a nightmare - it appears identity safe can no longer handle this facility.  This is serious guys - so how can I fix it?  Thanks

How did you upgrade from NIS 2011 to NIS 2012?

 

Have  you taken any back up identity safe data in .NPM format in NIS 2011 before upgrading to NIS 2012?

 

Can you check following option is selected in Browsing option to show multiple logins

Hi hrinspain,

 

When you visit a site with multiple logins you should get a dark grey Norton Identity Safe bar at the top of the webpage.  On the right side you should see a yellow box that says Fill Log-in (number of available log-ins).  If you click that box you should see the list of log-ins for that site.
