Identity Safe is no longer working on Firefox 8. Is there something that I can download or is an update pending?

I have the same problem with IE8, sometimes they work but most times it won't fill in the required boxes. I have sent many reports but no one is taking any responsibillity for taking action to put this right. When are you going to provide a fix?

I updated to Firefox 8.0.1, and didn't have the toolbar either.  I just ran Live update, and now the toolbar is back.
