Identity safe not auto filling on chrome 44 after 7-20-15 update by norton

I have been in contact with norton support several times. the last time on 7-27-15 with a level 2 tech. The tech did recover my passwords and logins that the norton desk folks lost. but the identity safe will still not auto fill. i was supposed to get a call back yesterday by a colleague of the level 2 tech but that did not happen!! (surprise, suprise). I have spent over 12 hrs. with customer support since the norton install. still does not work. before the install everything worked great every time.  any help?
