Greetings, all. I have installed Identity Safe on an Android Galaxy Tab and set up a PIN. I can log into the ID Safe with password, but when I enter the PIN a "Loading" message comes up, and the little wheel just keeps spinning. Any ideas?

If not,please let us know the Finger print ID of your device to investigate further to help you on this.
Steps to Find Finger print ID of your Device :
1. Launch Norton IDSafe app and Login to your Norton account with the valid credentials.
2. This will take you to Vault password screen.
3. Switch to vault password tab,below the vault password text box there will be a link named "Need help".
4. On Clicking "Need help",would bring in the device details like MID,OID,Fingerprint.
5. Note the finger print and send me a personal message.[To send PM,click my name/ID link,there you could find a option called send this user a personal message].

Try removing the PIN and then restart the device. Then set up the PIN again and test.
