I have had Norton Security with Backup for a few months now. Since day one I have been unable to open my Identify Safe via the menu. Even though I'm signed in to Norton, it still requests me to sign in. Once I've signed in and entered the security code it does not recognise the sign in. The Windows processing ring shows for ages with no result. It eventually times out. I can open my vault on my mobile and via the url. I've been in touch with the help desk. I've had Norton representatives remote control my machine but nothing seems to be working. Anyone else had a problem with this ? Incidentally this occurred on Windows 8.1 and now on 10 as well.
