Norton Identity Safe for Mobile working fine on two Android devices over the last month. Today, both tablet and phone cannot access the Vault on identity safe using the PIN that I allocated at the time of setup. Comes up with the error 'Server errors. Try again later.' Advised online through Chat to leave for 24 hours and then try again...must be server maintenance...this doesnt help when you want to access notes etc that you have place on Identity safe for exactly that reason, to keep safe, and you cant access it for 24 hours...how does that work for you??
