Identity Safe Online never completes synching

I use Identity Safe Online to sync my logins and passwords across multiple desktops and laptops. I even have the Android app installed on my smartphone.  All was working well until the other day. I pulled out the laptop I use when traveling and booted it up.  When I opened Internet Explorer and went to a site that needs a user name and password, Identity Safe asked if I wanted to log in. I did, so I entered my online password.  The box showing the rotating circle of dots and the word "Synching..." came up and stayed there.  I rebooted a few times, tried again, and it still would not complete synching.  I even left it running all night, and in the morning it still displayed the rotating circle and "Synching."  (And there seems to be no way to stop it other than rebooting the computer.)

Identity Safe Online was, at that point, working correctly on the laptop I normally use at home. Rather than fiddle with the traveling laptop, since I needed to leave then for the airport, I took the home laptop on this trip. I put it in Hibernate mode and then started it up again when I go to my destination  Identity Safe was STILL working properly on the home laptop at this point, UNTIL I had to reboot it after installing an unrelated program.  Now this laptop as well does not complete synching.

Just checked my primary office desktop, which I am able to access remotely, and it seems to be working somewhat normally. When I click on Identity Safe, then Options, it pulls up the list of my logins as expected.  However when I tried to backup the Identity Safe data, it asked to verify my password, and then gave me the error message, "Unable to verify your password. Please try later."

Can anyone help with this?  Thanks.
