I previously had Norton Internet Security 2010 installed on my computer. My subscription expired so I am switching to Comcast Norton Security Suite. During installation it appeared to recognize the previous installation, uninstalled it, and then recovered the NIS 2010 configuration. But when prompted for the Identity Safe password, I install my old password and it says it is incorrect. When I ask for a hint, it gives me the hint for my old password, which it says is incorrect. How do I recover the correct or new password? I did not know about the Backup Identity Safe Data option before I did the installation of the Comcast suite. How can I recover my password or alternately my cards/logins? Thanks John
