Identity Safe Password not working on one device.

I have Identity Safe installed on 3 PC's.  Yesterday I installed the Identity Safe App on my new Android phone.  I was able to logon to my Norton account, but keep getting the message that the Identity Safe password is invalid.  I double checked on PC, works fine.  I had my husband enter the password on a PC and then the phone.  He got the same password invalid message from the phone.  I am at a loss as to what to do next.
