Identity Safe password vault - solution to "lost" login information (from Norton Level 2 support)

     I am not a computer expert, but I will try to explain this as best as I can.

     Hopefully, your Norton has been backing up your password vault information to a local vault on your computer. If not, hopefully you wrote down or remember your password information.

   Delete your current online vault information. Restart your computer. Start a new online vault by importing data from your local Norton vault. I changed my password to the new vault so I would know that I was dealing with the new vault.

      I then deleted the online vault on my second laptop. When I setup a new vault on my second laptop, it synched with the online vault that I created on my first laptop.

   On my third laptop, all I had to do was login to the Norton password vault using my new password and all was well.

   On my Android phones, I logged in to the Norton vault using my old password. It said my password had changed. I entered my new password, they synched to the new  password vault on my laptops and all was well.
