All was working fine with Vista 64 bit, NIS 2010, Firefox 3.0.14(went back due to Identity Safe issues), IE 8. Have the Norton toolbar running with the Norton Search and Site Safety, Identity Safe was visible on that tool bar. This morning it was there and then I received some error message and it disappeared and NIS program closed. I rebooted and NIS came back up but no Identity Safe on IE or Firefox toolbar anymore. I opened NIS, went to the Identity Safe settings, I can’t configure anything, when I click nothing happens. It appears to think I am logged in to Identity safe, as there is a “log off of Identity Safe” option, but clicking it does absolutely nothing. I’ve shut everything down and rebooted a few times. Still no Identity Safe in either browser toolbar.
