Identity Safe Profile Lost

I was infected with the new trojan that tries to get you to purchase an unnamed scan and repair tool. It also disables all icons on the desktop as well as security programs. I was able to restore my system back to a few days ago and all seems to be working.

 

In the process, I upgraded from NIS2011 to NIS2012. When I try to login to Identity Safe, no profile is identified and requests that I set up a new one.

 

Is there a way to recover my Identity Safe Profile and all the contents?

 

HELP!!
