First can Identity Safe be used if you don't have the Norton Toolbar enabled? I notice a lot faster load time when I disable the toolbar but I don't want to give up the Identity Safe.
Some of the threads I've read talk about settings in Identity Safe. Can someone explain to me how to get to these? I don't seem to find an option for this.
